HOA dues for 2012 are $500 per year; invoices were mailed to
homeowners on 13 March. 1st payment of $250 is due 1 April
and the final $250 is due 1 July. Mail payments to Lumsden
Trace HOA, PO Box 1822 Valrico FL 33595-1822. A late fee of
6% will be assessed for dues received after 1 August 2011.

| Due to an increase in home burglaries, the HOA recently installed a state-of-the-art surveillance system in the front entrance area. The system is capable of capturing license plates of all cars leaving the neighborhood in addition to monitoring activity at the front entrance common areas. The system will keep at least one weeks worth of surveillance footage. If a crime occurs at your property, please notify the police as soon as possible to inform them this surveillance footage is available for their review. They should contact one of the HOA officers for access. |
