The below company provided the lowest bid for connecting irrigations systems to the reclaimed water meters once they are installed.

They have agreed to furnish all materials and perform all the necessary labor for the completion of:

1) Residential irrigation reclaimed water hook up (per home) to existing reclaimed water meter, includes required permit, material, labor and inspections needed for completion of installation.

Total: $300.00

2) Reclaimed irrigation hose bibb installation includes the following:

a. locking reclaimed valve box with hinged lid

b. ¾” brass ball valve

c. ¾” female camlock x male thread

d. ¾” male camlock x hose barb

e. all necessary materials and labor needed to install to county code

Total: $250.00

Above includes:

1. One Year Warranty on parts and labor

2. Payment due upon completion of work

3. price good for 30 days from 19 March 2009

4. homeowners to contact American Irrigation directly

5. no additional paperwork to HOA ADRC required

Homeowners are not required to utilize American Irrigation Systems, Inc. and may use another company. If you use a different company, a Lumsden Trace Homeowner’s Association Architectural Design Review Committee (ADRC) form must be completed and submitted along with a copy of the company’s license and insurance information for review and approval.
